I initially spoke with the owner, Toby, while looking for insurance for my junk removal and dumpster rental business, including commercial auto and general liability coverage. From the very beginning, it was obvious that Toby takes tremendous pride in every customer and every aspect of the service they provide. He takes the time to get to know each customer, understand their needs, and find the best way to help while building a great rapport. After our first couple of conversations, I absolutely wanted to be a part of this great team. I was then assigned to Jim, who handled all of the policies I needed and provided as many truck insurance quotes as I requested. I probably had Jim quote more trucks than he expected, and at times I felt like I was asking a lot of him, but he never once made me feel that way. Every time I found another truck, he had a quote back to me quickly and was always happy to answer my questions. He is truly amazing to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and worked hard to find coverage that fit both my needs and my budget without sacrificing the protection I was looking for. Having someone that responsive made the entire buying process much less stressful. Throughout the entire process, both Toby and Jim were honest, upfront, and genuinely cared about helping me make the right decisions instead of simply making a sale. That level of professionalism and integrity is hard to find these days. Thank you both for everything. I was hesitant due to the overall cost of commercial insurance, but after watching Toby, Wisdom Ins, and Garrett from AroundTown Junk Removal down in Arizona, do a very informational interview I learned that the cost of insurance was inexpensive compared to the cost of not being covered and being covered correctly. Toby and his team walked me through the steps and details of my policy and were so patient in helping me to understand my policy. Farrah helped me to save a bit of money by making some very good suggestions as to the components of my insurance and I can wait on until I needed it.
